We offer private practice and rehearsal rooms. All rooms are clean and comfortable. We also can provide recording sessions.
Practice room with an upright Yamaha piano or Fender Acoustic Guitar – $29/hour (maximum 3 people), or $39/hour with audio or video recording. We request a two hour minimum for the practice room.
Large Rehearsal room with beautiful black Baby Grand piano – $39/hour, or $49/hour with audio or video recording (maximum 5 people).
*All Instrument rentals require a deposit.
Rental Policies: All rooms must be paid for in advance, there are no refunds. If you wish to extend your time, please pay in advance. We accept cash or credit card. You are responsible for the condition and cleanliness of the room during your rental hours. No eating or smoking is allowed inside our rooms. Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
